Pros

You work with some incredibly smart people. Leaders are heavily invested in career progression of team members and tons of room for growth in many areas of the business. Everyone is very approachable anytime you have an issue. Collaboration between coworkers is encouraged and proves to be a valuable learning experience almost every time. Very welcoming, sociable, and pleasurable culture backed up by incredibly fun social events.

Pros

Great job of matching individuals with work that is challenging and they are interested in. Regular discussions about your career paths and a plan is mapped out with each employee. Really fun social events. Company does a good job of recognizing individuals for their hard work.

Cons

This is not a downside in my experience however there is a fast paced growth environment at Venterra therefore you need to jump on-board with that mindset.

Entry level compensation was not the most competitive though benefits are good.
