While our expectations for employees are definitely high we aim to offer compensation that is both fair and competitive within the industry. The best reasons to work at Venterra Realty are great hours, opportunities, great working environment.

Cons

The downsides of working at Venterra Realty are when asked to come up with personal goals at the work place when you're trying to fulfill the goals for the company. Sometimes there is not enough time.
