Pros

Great location.... Pay was not to bad..... benefits were great....had all major holidays off and no weekends for me

Cons

Length between pay periods..... the one day a year trip to atlanta in the middle of a work week. (day starts at 4:30am and didnt end till almost midnight). the regional manager we had was unsocialble with everyone if you were not leasing you were not going anywhere in the company. No raise after a year.

Venterra Realty Response

Venterra Realty values its employees and respects their comments & suggestions. We do pay on a semi-monthly basis. We have a great trip (Kickoff Party) that Venterra allows everyone from the region to participate and celebrate the success of the previous year and what's yet to come! Venterra keeps in mind of cost of living increases and general market, so it will cater to employees' pay. Venterra has an "open door" policy where you can discuss concerns of any matter.

Pros

The people are what make Venterra special. The company does a great job of hiring smart, capable, down-to-earth people who genuinely care about doing great work and helping each other succeed. There's a high level of trust and empowerment—you’re encouraged to take ownership, bring ideas forward, and make decisions rather than waiting for layers of approval. If you're someone who likes solving problems, moving quickly, and making a real impact, you'll have plenty of opportunities to do that here.

Cons

The company has high standards and moves quickly, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can change as the business responds to market conditions and new opportunities, so flexibility and adaptability are important. At times, that can be challenging, but it also means the company stays focused on what matters most and avoids getting stuck in bureaucracy.
