      Pros

      Honestly great pay and AMAZING coworkers. They truly do hire based off of their core values.

      Cons

      There was too much change to “keep up with the shift in multifamily” and in that change, the company lost themselves. Things didn’t feel the same and it was very much shoved down your throat without support! Pulled people offsite to save costs but essentially that move beat down the people onsite and stretched us thin.

      Pros

      - Decent pay and benefits. - Mostly good people to work with (depending on what team/ property you work at).

      Cons

      - CFO/ Head of Operations is toxic and really doesn't have a clue on finances or operations. Leads by fear. - High turnover and no concern for a plan of retention. Just let people walk and expect to hire more. - Trying to change too much at once and has created more chaos and lack of SOP's.

      Favoritism based on “personality” Set rules as they go, no sense of urgency for the things that matter. They have people not formerly trained managing people. Very toxic environment. HR & Upper management don’t listen to the things that concern you, they tell you to fall in line or leave. Literally.
