Just a job, not a career choice.

Cons

Terrible work environment. CHRO has created a work culture full of harassment and retaliation. Employees that complain or try to make it a better place to work are fired. Company will not allow workplace improvement ideas. Plant management are only concerned with their security and bonuses. Promises are made but not kept. Workplace is unsafe and unhealthy. Employees that leave are replaced with temps.

Pros

Decent pay, decent insurance. Steady paycheck. Company pays for your tools. I can not think of any more pros to be honest.

Cons

Everything else. Very short staffed. Expectations way to high. No work/life balance. It's all about them no thought about your family responsibilities, or any downtime for yourself. Work you like a mule.
