Pros

I love the office it self and the location. Easy drive for me, and it's one of the nicer office interiors I've worked in.

Cons

So in the last year the company has gone drastically downhill. Between egocentric owners and managers, to very poor hiring decisions in the last year I have to say I can't wait to leave. The product is obsolete, and the atmosphere is that of a funeral home rather then the energetic vibrant company it was when I first worked there. The promotions and bonuses are non existent, so this is very much a dead end job. I am actively looking to leave the company. The management team has been making marketing, operating, and hiring mistakes, and it's finally catching up with them. It's a shame because my first couple years here I really enjoyed it.

Venture 3 is growing at a steady pace and everyone works well as a team. All departments come together to get the job done at the end of the day.

Cons

No clear direction; not enough staff to work efficiently.
