Unlimited overtime when management wasn’t holding it over our heads Some genuinely friendly coworkers who helped make the days bearable

Cons

No real support or guidance from upper management Constant pressure without clear expectations or consistent standards Zero employee appreciation or recognition for hard work Favoritism is rampant - some employees openly ignore rules with no consequences Hostile and tense work environment, especially when leadership is present HR lacks professionalism (taking private calls with doors open and everyone can hear) Low pay with minimal raises (3% max) despite growing workloads
