Pros
I believe some people who have stayed long, keeping dignity aside, might be financially happy with good bonuses over years.
Cons
This place is really for those few, who have learnt how to massage ego of their managers and just execute what is told to you for execution. opinions of employees do not count, especially if it is countering manager's opinion. Leadership behaves very autocratic manner (Much unlike any good multi-national), although some managers act professional too. There is zero coaching from managers, as spending coaching time with employees is considered waste of time. There is zero communication flow across organization.. Sharing is considered bad practice in general, as trust is not in company's value system.
