      Venture is an exciting place to work, especially for those who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. I’ve had the opportunity to help shape the brand, bring new ideas to life, and collaborate with a supportive, motivated team. Leadership really listens, values creativity, and encourages ownership of projects, making it a great place to grow and make an impact while helping more homeowners go solar.

      The fast-paced environment requires adaptability, and some internal processes are still evolving as the company scales.

      Pros

      Direct management is understanding and works well with employees to make the company work as efficiently as possible. Learning opportunities are available if you had little to no experience. During my time, I learned about solar systems and the equipment involved and how it can differ from state to state and even building to building. Fair pay for your work.

      Cons

      Early starts don’t work with another job so I had to quit.

      Pros

      They pay for gas and tolls, but I haven't gotten any appointments where I needed tolls Team gathering events

      Cons

      They will cut your commission to cover their end of the of losses. If there are no appointments in slow months, you will still get reprimanded for not meeting quotas. There are also meetings twice a week where you do a callback campaign and call previous customers. We can easily do this at home, Why make us drive to the office? "Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry. " This was in the hiring ad, but they still expect you to call people. The salary that they advertise is a pipedream. Solar is a lucrative career, but it seems Venture likes to cut that short.
