Pay is not very good. They tell you they will provide all leads, but then push you to get your own leads. They are only focused on metrics for the sales staff. Terrible reimbursement for expenses. Because they tout "we only hire from withion" means some managers should not actually be managers. They may have been good sales reps, but not very good at managing people.

Outdoor work in all elements including extreme heat and freezing cold, commission is less than advertised, weird hours, lots of travel.
