      False Promises

      -great coworkers -flexible schedule (if you can meet the quota)

      Cons

      -long hours -unrealistic expectations from management -terrible transition from canvasser to sale representative. Morning training that would take a few hours, then you were expected to perform at the same level with less time. After training was completed, I was unable to sell at my own appointments until they needed more sales representatives. Was expected to be above the quota to stay in this limbo phase.

      Pros

      Working at Venture Solar has been an eye opening experience to directly connect to customers who are looking to improve their life style for their home and their family. Great work environment with lovely office dogs to add, and each day is a new opportunity brighten another customer's view on solar.
