      Best Job I've Ever Had

      Pros

      I started as a part time sales rep, making full time pay. That was five years ago. Now I'm an inside sales manager and I've been given full autonomy to run my region in a way that's best for me, my reps, and the outside sales team that we support. I'm never micromanaged and I don't micromanage my employees. The CEOs of Venture truly care about their employees and they trust us... so much so that they include their personal cell phones on every proposal! Saving people money and helping the environment is fulfilling enough as it is, but I'm incredibly grateful to be making a great living while doing it!

      People who cannot manage themselves and create goals will not succeed here.

      Pros

      I have been working at Venture for over 7 years now. Started with an entry-level role and have learned/grown so much over the past 7 years. Grateful for all the opportunities Venture has afforded me.

      Cons

      Extremely fast-paced work environment, if that isn't for you, I wouldn't recommend. But fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in that sort of environment!
