Pros
As a solar consultant Venture solar really wants you to succeed. They allow you to work hybridly along side the guidance of a more experienced colleague in the beginning . There are clear excepectations as well as unlimited support, you just have to have the self discipline to be successful and not be afraid ask questions.
Cons
Overall scheduling is very flexible but to do this job you need to be available for when the customers are free which means you need to be comfortable with working some nights and a weekend day.
