      Cons

      Their whole business model is to hire new reps, have them make sales, then fire them before they get their commission. It’s a 7 month or so sales cycle, so they keep you on so you get a ton of sales, then fire you before they have to pay you.

      Pros

      Remote work with a flexible schedule. Friendly co-workers and work environment.

      Cons

      The job was 90% outbound cold calling and 10% setting appointments. Very grindy and repetitive. Occasionally hiccups in upper management resulted in canceled appointments. Revolving door of co-workers due to the high turnover rate. Product can be financially complicated. My position had restrictions on discussing any financial information.
