      Pros

      The way that the company isnt hovering over your shoulders and micromanaging is honestly a breath of fresh air. Also, the way that everybody works well with everybody else is something that should not be underestimated when looking for work and here, you will definitely fing that.

      Cons

      I feel they need to work better on keeping their employees and foment loyalty by compensation. Additionally, they could probably maintain and attract more employees by providing higher pay.
