      Pros

      Company wide communication regularly, supportive and responsive co-workers, implementation of new processes and follow through have made it much easier to know what to do. People are friendly and supportive. Very busy all the time with more exciting things on the horizon for Venture. Fully Supportive of mission and values plus great benefits. For the ambitious and passionate people who support growth and ingenuity.

      Could use more PTO for time employed.
