They WILL NOT pay you for any closed sales after you leave the company, which means you're either stuck there and they can treat you however they want because it costs you $10,000 or more in unpaid sales to leave... OR they can just give you unattainable goals and then fire you and they keep your $10,000 or more in unpaid sales. They're dealing with 2 lawsuits tied to lying to customers, so they treat their customers AND their employees terribly. I've been with Venture Solar for almost 5 years. As a relatively young professional, most of my friends have been at 3 or more companies since I started here. I have experienced multiple promotions and developed life-long relationships with fellow colleagues and the owners of the business. I have also been able to make over $200k year over year, promoting a product that saves people money, as well as the environment. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape, for a company that views value as a two-sided coin (price and product/experience), this is FOR YOU!!
