      Pros

      Staff/Crew always helpful, easy to reach out to and down to earth. Very accommodating of Military Schedule Exciting growth off the company Briefly...I came in with minimum experience as a solar installer. Ambitious, willing to learn, and growth of the company accelerated my career path into leadership positions. Now I am managing our accounts with multiple financing parties.

      Cons

      Always room for improvement Some growing pains with the expansion of the company Working remotely adds challenges to workflow at times, but that's the Covid19 world we're living in right now.

      Pros

      The company culture is very exciting and exactly what I was looking for. Everyone here wants to help you succeed, and they literally give you absolutely everything you need to be the best at what you do. There is no better feeling than knowing that you have an amazing team in a positive environment. From a financial perspective, Venture has given me the ability to not only pay off my student debts in just a few months, but also to be the master of my own income! I am so grateful that I was able to find this opportunity, and fulfill all of my dreams with both - helping the environment AND making the best money I've ever imagined to make so soon into my career!
