      Pros

      Venture is very big on hiring within and upward mobility. You will definitely be challenged, and opportunities are not just handed out, but this is most career progression I've had with any company. Also as the company grows teams actually have a say in cultural and administrative changes.

      Pros

      I was hired in October 2022 and I am so happy to be part of the Venture Team. Venture is a growing Solar Company and has a BRIGHT Future. I love the fact that I am making a difference in the reduction fossil fuel usage. The atmosphere is very "mom & pop" for a large company. The employees are dedicated and invested in Venture's performance and progress. The leaders of the company have a great vision and I look forward to personal and professional growth. There is a lot of opportunity to move up into larger roles as we continue to open new offices. I don't dread going to work, I actually look forward to it.

      Cons

      They won’t pay you your commissions they will fire you when they get the chance. They fired 50 people for a layoff
