Remote The staff is quite diverse and relatable

No actual updates: every couple of weeks, you will be asked to tell customers their project starts in a few weeks then repeat, this is not lying according to management but "managing expectations" Customers will call your bluff so be prepared for it. Micromanagement: fine-tooth comb through hourly productivity, big brother is tracking every single interaction during remote work - ultra-focused on the aesthetics of a dashboard. Unprofessional: tenured staff is not held accountable for their displays of unprofessionalism. The turnover rate is high for very good reasons,
