Always a same team mentality between sales, operations, and install. No room for fluff here. Generous compensation and a very relaxed work environment. Lots of laughs, lots of hard work, and lots of office puppies. Management works to enhance to individuals' strengths and make sure everyone feels valued. There is plenty of growth opportunity for those who earn it, nepotism and favoritism are not a concern here. There's the ability to make the most of a role due to the small team size - hard work IS recognized and rewarded and your ideas will be heard. Coming from a failed company in the solar industry, this is a team that is focused on quality over quantity - yet they've found the sweet spot in scaling a business sustainably which has been a challenge for many in the solar industry.
