I have absolutely no regrets about changing my career to join Veolia as an apprentice. After spending 25 years in a previous career, making such a big change was daunting, but it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. From day one, I've felt genuinely supported and looked after-both in learning the job and throughout my Business level 3 course. Veolia has created an environment where I feel valued as a colleague and not just an apprentice. This has made a huge difference in my confidence and motivation. This experience has shown me that you're never too old to change careers and I'd encourage anyone considering it, not to be afraid to take that step. I'm excited to continue learning, growing and progressing within the company and I'm proud to be a part of a business that invests in its people.
