      - Good Autonomy - Great Exposure to clients and travel. - Good immediate team. - Everybody is passionate and committed in situations that can be trying at times.

      Cons

      - Working outside the head office or not being french feels like you are not important - Very little training and support - Business processes are not rigourous or enforced. - Managers often involved heavily in the business function and do not have time to "manage"

      Good work life balance. Relatively nice working environment and office equipment provided

      Cons

      Poor training in place with no set structure for a graduate entering. Management are poor and most don't work very hard or show any passion to the company. Most of the staff had no respect for the management.
