      Pros

      Whilst not perfect, Veolia is moving towards harmonising the three businesses into one Veolia. I would recommend Veolia as an employer.

      Cons

      Somewhat disorganised and evidence that management from the Dalkia business is more proficient than others; inequalities in pay and benefits are evidenced throughout the business.

      Good healthcare, paid fully by the company. Good office atmosphere. Flexible working conditions. work from home a possibility depending on your job role.

      Cons

      possibility for internal promotion is very difficult. Many departments managed from a UK office, whereby staff loyalty and commitment is not recognised.
