      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Supportive colleagues. There are as many women as men in the upper-management. Fun and interesting company activities. Opportunity to travel and many training programs for staff at all levels.

      Not easy to get promoted unless already connected.....

      Pros

      Benefits... other than what was deducted from my paycheck I never paid a dime for any medical treatment or procedures.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low end, people that put in 110% everyday get the same reward as the people that put in 10%, almost no formal training.
