      Employees are great - Upper Management leaves something to be desired

      Pros

      Pay is good and benefits are average. Lots of room for advancement if you are open to relocation.

      Cons

      Upper management "talks the talk" but doesn't "walk the walk". They want to be the "Employer of Choice" and say that "People are our most valuable resource" but they are only catch-phrases. They are empty words without any substance behind them.

      Pros

      Its a steady job, i like working here . moneys ok. , we have great insurance, i love working here at Veolia.

      Cons

      Money could be better, iv been here almost 14 years, iv been wanting to get promoted , and i have told all the big bosses . but no luck, it seams like they hire people from out side the co. , instead of promoting from with in the co. i have not missed a day of work in about 12 years at all, except vacation, but no one has even thanked me for it. that would be very welcomed.
