      The first 6 months has flown by

      Pros

      Great support and encouragement from my manager whilst feeling empowered to work from my own initiative. I have recruited two fantastic colleagues and in 6 months we have built our strategy from scratch to provide Assessment and support to our depots which we have now implemented in September. Friendly people across the departments and proud to be working for a company engaged in ecological transformation

      Cons

      Lots of people work here and there is general confusion at times in terms of who is responsible and accountable. Most internal communication seems to be email
