Pros

None, unless you like being bullied and racially abused

Cons

They don’t care about your mental health, they pay people with less experience more money (as they hire mates) they tell people who aren’t management stuff about other colleague, commission is always wrong and if you complain nothing comes of it! 3 managers in a year… says it all.. they will hire anyone and everyone, constantly changing things that aren’t important.. would rather you call 50 people and make no sales than making money, sales management not money motivated. Wouldn’t trust the management to run a bath let alone a sales team. Colleagues constantly going after each other, other people always trying to take your sales and management not backing you up.

Pros

Friendly Team. Not micro managed. Good support from the depot. Able to make changes yourself and not need to ask for permission every time

Cons

Training on systems needs to be more structured and not left to phone someone with more experience to keep asking them. There was an annual bonus for the 2024 year however that has gone in 2025 with no explanation. When offered the role, this was part of the agreement i accepted and so it is disappointing this has gone with no communication.

Pros

Some colleagues are supportive and friendly. Certain teams work well together despite management issues. The roles provide basic experience for the sector. Access to certain benefits.

Cons

No safeguarding in place, abusive behaviours are often ignored until formally reported. Upper management overlooks serious issues instead of being proactive. Managers are hired without proper checks into job history or performance. Hiring process is not impartial, decisions are made solely by managers. There is no independent recruitment team. No developmental or career opportunities unless you are in a back pocket. Personal and medical information shared across teams without consent, consistent GDPR breaches and submissions of such to the ICO. Lack of accountability or genuine apologies when breaches or mistreatment occurs. Dismissive and demeaning treatment of bottom level staff. Toxic culture is promoted and enabled, rather than resolved.
