Pros

The company is engaged daily in the important work of environmental improvement. There are reliable and predictable business practices from the top down. There is a people-oriented perspective where you don't always have to watch your back. The leadership is forward-thinking and prepares the company to thrive in a difficult industry.

Cons

Engagement in individuals' career paths is lacking. More attention could be paid to training and advancement of staff. Some management is conflict-averse and they are slow to move poor managers.

Great company in a much needed world wide industry. Veolia offers one of the best full benefit packages to its employees including health care, 401k, stock purchase, life insurance, and many others too numerous to list.
