I really got the sense that the management team is committed to treating employees well. And they did.

Cons

It's a consulting company. The usual downsides of consulting apply.

Compensation is good for most of the job areas.

Cons

Co-workers and management seem to only foster individual work. Teamwork is non-existent. Any request for information from others will be met with resistance. It appears that only single people or people whose life is the job are the ones that will stick with it.

8 hour days and off weekends

Cons

No direct deposit, made us lie to customers, management had no people skills, company fired me after saying it was ok to go to my father in law's funeral out of state and i was going to be gone for two weeks.
