      Pros

      Co workers are great and do the best they can with the tools given, fully remote.

      Cons

      Training and product knowledge is all over the place. Often company proceedures will be inconsistent setting the CSR up for failure. Ask a SR CSR the same question and they all give you a diffrent anwser. Despite being marked as a customer service role, it really a sales role without the pay, commission on licensing..... beware.

      Pros

      Invested in my professional development, great PTO, weekly flex time allowance, super encouraging management and team, great company culture, remote work, materials provided for you to do your job. Can't say enough good things about Veracity.

      Cons

      Still working out small kinks in training, but they are a growing company that takes feedback constructively. If you are a self starter, you will do well.

      Very poor management and pay as well as super unorganized. It’s small so they don’t really care about their people
