Cons
This is a highly nepotistic and misogynistic company. If you are related to the owner or are part of his buddy group, you'll do well here. The rest of us will put in years of hard work and improve the bottom line, only to be let go if one of his pals needs a job. Prepare to be gaslighted and lied to. Directors are not always on the same page and you'll go crazy trying to satisfy them all. You'll be overworked and asked to go above and beyond all the time. You'll spend your evenings and weekends doing extras and you'll get zero recognition for any of it. Your PTO is NOT yours to use as you see fit. If you don't use your PTO, you will continue to advance and do well with this company.
