Pros

- Good coworkers w/ shared team vision

Cons

- management sucks. - will create lies about your performance - unknowingly track performance - install software onto laptop to track day-to-day performance - create lies in order to terminate you - only implements their agenda and will not take feedback - SEVERE favoritism - no solid long term company plan - pay sucks - no real training on products - honestly could go on and on about how awful this company was to work for.

Pros

- Veracity promotes a work-life balance aaaaannnnndddd....they ACTUALLY mean it. No bait and switch here! ALL employees receive 160 hours of PTO (for those of us that aren't math majors, that's 4 weeks paid vacation!) - "What does marketing even do??" Sound familiar? Not at Veracity! The executive team VALUES the marketing team, and provides them with tools to be successful in their roles. - Work with a great team. No, really. The marketing team at Veracity is second-to-none. Whether you work remotely or in-office, you'll be supported 100 percent. - Which brings me to my next pro--REMOTE WORK OPTIONS. You wanna work in the office? Cool. Wanna work from home? Cool. You choose. And it's not, "You can work from home while a global pandemic is raging." It's forever. Without end. -Autonomy to own your role. Be proactive. Innovate. Try new things. At Veracity, you can., with very little red tape to navigate. You have the opportunity to come in and make an impact.

Cons

- I really can't think of any. Moving to Veracity was one of the best decisions I've made. You'll love it here.

Very poor management and pay as well as super unorganized. It’s small so they don’t really care about their people
