The people here are just amazing. Management helps develop personal and professional growth for everyone in their roles. Wages are competitive. I’ve become real friends, not just coworkers with so much if my department.

There is accountability for team performance, meaning that every role may be explaining missed goals and helping find the ways to improve performance. The company is still working on deepening the professional career path within their departments so that employees don’t outgrow their roles.
