Outside the city in a lovely location, middle managers are great

Cons

Since the company was bought by PE investors and an almost entirely new upper management team installed in the past year, the quality of life for employees, and level of service for clients, has plummeted. Sales growth has been the priority without sufficient scaling of resources. Furthermore, upper management appears to be focused on implementing "industry standard" everything, forgetting that the industry standard culture in software is notoriously bad. The feeling of being valued has disappeared.
