Pros

Compensation is pretty good overall. Products really are disruptive, so if you can sell there is opportunity. Good training program sets new reps up for success. RSUs for new hires that have some significant upside. Still relatively new company with room to grow your career

Cons

Having multiple products in the pulmonary space during COVID lead to a huge sales staff reduction, and many reps were terminated including some tenured reps.

Corporate and (some) management needs work. Company went downhill when certain people took over new roles. A great culture is gone.

We believe this new GM-based structure will enable us to best serve our customers around the world and empower our leaders and employees throughout the organization.
