Pros

Very well run company that understands that it's important for molecular diagnostics to get paid in order to be successful with every other aspect of the company's mission. The company is very good at ensuring that their products meet customer needs and fit into workflow. The company has high standards for employees but work-life balance is achieved quite well (at least it was for me).

Cons

While I was there, some decision-making activities were limited to the most senior executives only.
