Pros

Benefits. Flexible scheduling. Coffee. Good location for walking.

Cons

Gossip between management and subordinates with obvious favoritism. People that do not work and are not held accountable and even promoted. Management does NOT listen or make changes based on employee recommendations -- even though that is what they purport themselves to be. Two managers have absolutely NO IDEA what is going on, and keep on being managers. (Picture George Costanza as a molecular scientist....) Management that doesn't even respond to your emails and nothing is done.Horrible service by Client Services department resulting in irate patients and unresolved billing issues. Sales team that practices deception and sever misinformation with provider offices resulting again in irate patients and unresolved billing issues. There are way too many individuals that do not perform their work timely, correctly or even AT ALL. This work gets passed on to those that DO work and everyone knows it. They want to pretend it's some utopian environment with rainbows and unicorns and despise any perceived "negativity" -- even if that negativity is a result of inaction on the part of management. Their view on "negativity" is anything that shows them dropping the ball on employees that should be fired, or addressing issues that NEED to be corrected and they refuse to do so. Comments on the lab management from other former employees are absolutely 100% accurate. The lies run deep in this company -- avoid at all costs if you're even remotely an intelligent individual that is always astute to those things.
