Veracyte has an amazing culture, I never dread going to work. The management is really proactive about creating a positive workplace and very big on work/life balance. They're also really committed to promoting from within rather than hiring externally.

Doesn't have some of the "start-up" perks like other companies in the region

CEO was always incredible (Bonnie). Good pay. Lots of great people at the time

Cons

Company culture went down the drain quickly. Uppers management was sneaky and manipulative. A lot of favoritism. No loyalty towards their employees. People who led the sales team had no business leading the sales team.
