Terrible operations team, not very good at executing the idea in an efficient manner. tough industry to make money, regulation restricts most of the growth.

Veracyte is a great place to work! Everyone works extremely well as a team and the environment is not stressful at all and and there is no pressure to perform. Everyone takes great pride in the work that we do and doing our best to get the patient the proper care and treatment. Management provides you with everything you need to do well at this job , and they make sure that they are at your disposal when it comes to it. Overall I enjoy working at this lab and!

Good working environment and team.

Cons

Management needs to grow up, understand the employees and get to know the technical aspect of work instead of making unnecessary rules that affect efficiency. Management attitude towards employees needs to change.
