Lunch provided on Saturdays Communication- morning and evening check ins with team Multi- cultural team Fun activities every month Meaningful work Opinions and ideas are welcomes

Cons

Some employees have bad attitudes- just a few A lot of meetings- wish we could just focus on the work I don’t like working in Saturdays No career growth- will the laboratory ever expand in Austin? It seems like all the opportunities are in California.

Great work enviornment - casual dress code, congenial coworkers , upbeat energetic FUN culture - they get you involved, not too hard for entry level work,

Cons

No real flexibility with schedule, easy to learn processes - can be boring to those who dispise doing the same thing over and over

Veracyte is a great place to work! Everyone works extremely well as a team and the environment is not stressful at all and and there is no pressure to perform. Everyone takes great pride in the work that we do and doing our best to get the patient the proper care and treatment. Management provides you with everything you need to do well at this job , and they make sure that they are at your disposal when it comes to it. Overall I enjoy working at this lab and!
