      Pros

      Has paid well and maintained great culture in past. Everyone is friendly and helpful but it feels like everyone i just going along with current plan and hoping things will improve rather than making changes to insure growth.

      Cons

      Current management team has enjoyed success here but clearly don't know how to take this to next level. Sales managers lack experience to guide through next stage of company.
