The facility is clean. Many colleagues were amazing.

Cons

Pay is low, benefits are okay. Upper management micromanages and are more concerned with "perceptions" than facts and quality of work. HR is absent and ineffective. There is support for staff. They definitely foster an environment of keep quiet and do your work.

I've been very impressed with the level of talent, commitment to the purpose and mission of the company, and the authenticity of the employees and management.

Cons

No real cons here. Veracyte is a growing company and experiencing hyper growth - still in a start up like environment. If you are energized by building and developing systems and processes with a high level of talent supporting you, it's the right place for you. The building may not be for all, and that's okay! But it does energize me.
