Pros

Compensation, some really nice and brilliant people.

Cons

I frequently remember what a great job and did for the company and how well I handled the curve balls thrown at me, and how I was still eliminated out of the blue over the phone. A slap in the face for my dedication and hard work that won't soon be forgotten. Good luck!

You get a paycheck, you gain experience and you learn how to lie.

Cons

You will enjoy life a lot less due to schedule inflexibility, if you have PTO forget about using it.
