      Pros

      Veralto walks the talk when it comes to creating an engaging and inclusive, and at the same time high-performing work environment. The executive team is humble, accessible and respectful. Lots of opportunity to belong through the many Associate Resource Groups. The work is challenging and impactful, providing lots of growth and development opportunities. High-caliber colleagues who are hard-working experts in their field.

      Cons

      Lean, super dynamic and fast-paced - not everyone thrives in this kind of environment, but great for those who enjoy a good challenge and embrace change.
