      Will learn a lot from senior professionals and gain a variety of experience

      Cons

      They expect commitment to your career. You can be successful/rewarded here but it requires sacrificing your personal life. Constantly harping of billable hours/efficiency.

      Consulting is a fast paced business but even with that being the case we want to help people find a life/work integration that allows them downtime or be involved in activities outside of work. If anyone struggles with this they should reach out to their leaders or HR to help problem solve. We would love to help!

      - Taking feedback from employee surveys and actually implementing them - Great opportunities for growth - Knowledgeable senior staff to learn from - Hybrid/flexible schedule is a huge plus

      Cons

      - Health benefits aren't great - New corporate structure hard to get answers at times
