6moThank you for your feedback. I am glad you see the positives that are so important to us as a company. With regard to the cons, we do pay earned but unused vacation when someone leaves the company. We will do an audit of the last three months to make sure that had happened consistently. In addition, we strongly encourage career growth and development. This month we are rolling out enhanced tools to help people better find opportunities within the growing organization.
