Very interesting work in a variety if industries.

Cons

Anecdotally the compensation seems low compared to peers in similar positions. PTO in line with most US employers, so quite low for people who do activities outside of work

Pros

Everyone is pretty easy to work with. The pay and benefits are pretty decent. Overall a very casual company environment that makes it easy to work for.

Cons

There is a lack of work life balance. There is really no training structure for new staff. The overall number of staff (especially junior level) is low, so work overload is common.
