Ongoing cost reductions. Layoffs - Never know when it's your turn. The layoffs are multiple times a year impacting all areas. Career opportunities - Growth is impossible due to cost-out culture. HR - Decent people but they are afraid to voice their opinions on current state of the business. Managers, director and VP have sat back and let the culture decline, not only for our employees but for our customers also.
