Great people, great work environment, you really feel valued at Valassis. Work/Life balance is amazing. Lots of PTO to start, good benefits package.

Cons

The drive is a little far for me but worth it!

After 6 months, you can work from home one day out of the week.

Cons

Work becomes repetitive. No growth opportunities. A lot of micromanaging. Known for cherry picking so if you don't kiss butt good luck. High turnover rate means overworked with no overtime.
